I am a momma to a little boy as well as a dog mom to my blind and handicapped Brittany Spaniel. Our family loves the outdoors and living a natural lifestyle. I personally love to crochet and garden in my free time! I began this journey after having my little boy and realizing I had such a strong passion for helping other mommas throughout their pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods.

While helping you along the path to the birth you desire, I also have been called to specialize in birth trauma support. Birth happens and being trauma informed to me is incredibly important in the professional doula services I provide throughout a womans pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods.
